Atrocious Customer Service

If I were able to give zero stars I would have done that. My account was reactivated without me activating it.I cancelled my account many months ago as I felt this company was too expensive. I unsubscribed to Blue Apron emails months ago. I did recently do some research regarding different food delivery companies that provide gluten free meals and I believe that is when Blue Apron reactivated it . I noticed Blue Apron emails in my yahoo account and thought that they started sending again even tho I had unsubscribed. I received a package and charged for two shipments I did not order.Only upon receipt of the box did I open my emails to find an offer to "reactivate with the click of a button" and a follow up email saying "welcome Back" . Mind you I NEVER reactivated. Blue apron has failed to cooperate with solving this issue. It was almost impossible to cancel the account. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. Even tho you cancel they retain your charge card information. I have had to cancel my charge card because of this and issue a complaint via VISA. The customer service regarding this issue was atrocious . I would highly recommend Sun Basket Home Chef and Green Chef
