John was knowledgeable, professional, and prepared. He encouraged camera use and open discussion which I thought was extremely beneficial and helped create participation in this virtual class. He asked difficult questions and provided backup reasoning along with a touch of humor. I took the PSM1 exam about an hour after our course concluded and passed without issue.
