Thank you Luc, it was one of the most useful training I've had in a long time. We broke out often in small teams to work on different items, it helped to dynamize the virtual training. The tools we clearly explained and when ever we had questions, the eanswers were clear.
I find using Zoom was a challenge instead of TEAMS, the connection was bad. Mural is not my favorite collaborative tool, but it still worked ok for this type os session. I definitely want to complete the advanced training to better manage the different stakeholders and how to better influence the organization.
