Grab your personal info, then lock you out
They get your personal info ; name, address, and credit card info, and then lock you out with the message "Account Locked - We are sorry to inform you that your account has been locked by DigitalOcean.".
Support page on that topic is 404, of course.
As an European citizen I'm now asking then to send me all the data they have about me, and then delete it. But that will take time.
Avoid this company.
