John did an excellent job of presenting the material. I took away many important nuggets of information that I can apply immediately to my current job. The Lean UX framework was invaluable. The class was well run with nicely timed breaks. John has a wealth of knowledge and experiences to draw from and share that provides more context to help reinforce the material.
