My initial expectations were that this training will prepare me exactly for the PSM II exam passing process. In fact, the training was about the best practices of using Scrum in the context of the main responsibilities of SM (Team, PO, Organization).
We did a lot of practical tasks were done, during which really interesting discussions appeared. The training took place in an incredible atmosphere of openness and a desire to share experience, as well as get as much useful information as possible. I want to especially thank the coach, Andrii. He spoke in a very clear and accessible language about his own experience in resolving various issues and situations, perfectly facilitated our work within the group, answered all the questions that we might have.
I definitely recommend the training to everyone who wants to improve their understanding of the mechanics of Scrum, as well as better understand the role of the Scrum Master in the life cycle of a team and organization.
