Having vested in extensive scaled-agile related training, I was wondering what I could learn in addition from the PAL-E course. I was struck by the focus and depth dedicated to ensuring that teams build and sustain the coherence, trust, motivation and excellence required to reap the benefits of true alignment and agility. Our trainer - Ari Byland - ensured (by way of effective, relatively short, varied and unusually! enjoyable exercises) - that we experienced, internalized, and felt confident about, being the change we desire to see in our teams and professional environment. Two days well spent by all on the course!
