I’m impressed by Ari: On the one hand, he was able to motivate the whole group for an active participation, and on the other hand, there were sequences where everyone was just listening to what he had to tell us. I learned a lot during the training, and I appreciated the mix between theoretical inputs, group exercises and exchange of own experiences. The two days were very helpful and inspiring. I look forward to implementing some changes in my department. I can highly recommend a training by Ari!
