This was already my second training together with Alex.

I actually took this PAL-E training with Alex on purpose as I had already had a great PSPO training with him.

And also this time I can again recommend this training (and Alex as trainer :-)). I particularly like his calm way, giving the participants many open space to fill the training with lots of individual content. Alex is really experienced and knows when to stay quiet and when to drop some small hints to keep the conversation flowing.

I really liked the the case study that the we had been working through along the training. These discussions really gave me feeling on how to react appropriately as Agile Leader in many different situations and gave me the opportunity to exchange experiences with the other participants.

This training and the learning material were a very good preparation for the PAL 1 assessment.
