I really enjoyed the content and the level of interaction required. Art did a great job at listening to feedback and adapting. There were some concerns about persons not participating, Art joined break out rooms and helped engage the team. He even stuck around after the allotted time to answer an specific questions or address something that was not able to be covered in the normal context of the class. Thanks Art!
