For me the calibre of the attendees that attended the training was the core value as I was/am able to understand the adoption of scrum methodology from the participants in their own industries in the country they live and the different approaches in which they were able to weathered the storm in the actualisation of scrum techniques and methods and their success stories...For me that is the ice breaker...I am now more equipped than ever before to be able to discuss and simplify scrum methodologies in my industry or any industry I find myself in.
