An amazing workshop with lots of value and takeaways

Scrum Guide mentions that "Successful use of Scrum depends on people becoming more proficient in living five values: Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage.

I experience all the above values in Nagesh's Sir PSPO-I class. I noticed his commitment to ensuring that we get all the knowledge and tools to be effective Product Owners for our teams. He is very focused on making the participants understand and appreciate the role of the Product Owner. He always stays focused on the topics and effectively uses tools like the Parking lot and discuss-it-later to deal with any queries or situations not related to the Product Owner role. He is open to discussing participants' questions and comments. Every participant and I felt respected even when our answers were incorrect or could not come up with the proper responses. He was very courageous in inviting participants to share the problems faced in their organization. He also showed courage by sharing his vulnerabilities so that we all could learn from his experiences.

Overall it was a fantastic experience with lots of learning. I will recommend every Product Owner, irrespective of where you are in your journey, to attend this class (PSPO - I) from Nagesh Sir.

Thank you, Nagesh Sir. The investment of both time and money was worth every minute and penny spent, respectively. I am looking forward to attending your other classes in future.
