Art was very knowledgeable, prepared, and passionate about Agile and Scrum. He provided practical examples in an interactive Scrum team environment and demonstrated how to apply Scrum principles. He was very well prepared, adept with the virtual technology (i.e., breakout rooms and Mural), optimized content and format for adult professionals. And his timing was impeccable...it was down to the minute, including Q&A throughout the day. He has this totally worked out.
