Really agile course with two great coaches

Great course, not only because of the marvellous location, but especially because of the special coaches. Although conditions were hard (extremly high temperatures), they were able to keep us going. A lot of exercises and communication. I learned especially that there is no absolute "right" and "wrong" but you have to do best you can and then things will slowly get better. I think that ist very important for a PO who has to live and work with the environment he finds in his project first and then to change it as far as possible.

I loved the many parts with moving around, that keeps you running even in those high temperatures.
They gave us a lot of tools by using them in the course, that was a great way to save time. Not explaining methods, but using them to go on with the content. The both of them stand for their values, that is what makes it very genuine and I think is something deeply connected with the idea of scrum.

Some ideas for making it even better:
- there were some typos in the material (the cards and laminated infos)
- Some information was quite small to read (for me)
- the cards on the second day might be easier to sort with some different colors (internal/external different to the roles and the responsibilities)
- sometimes I was not sure of how the results of a task where to be presented. That means, I would have needed some more input about what will come afterwards
- After some tasks I would have liked to talk a bit more about the results. I understand, where is no right and wrong in most cases, but this would have been an opportunity to get ideas from other course members views, especially on those topics everyone worked alone or in pairs.
