Gregor conducted a true eye-opening workshop: Helpful insights, providing the basis for new ideas, as well as made the purpose and importance of Scrum clear. The training was well-structured, room for questions and discussions was provided while making clear what Scrum is about. Additionally, the Scrum pillars of empiricism were applied to the training ;).
