This was one of the finest classes on facilitation that I've attended so far!! It taught me how to develop facilitation as a "Skill". There was so much to learn from Nagesh and Kuldeep - facilitation principles, the diamond of participatory decision-making, group dynamics, applying facilitation skills, various facilitation techniques, and many more!
Am really thankful to both the trainers for imparting the knowledge & experience they possess to the class students! It was a wonderful experience.
