The PSPO course was my third class with Alex. I truly enjoy his way of teaching us about Scrum and I keep coming back for more. Alex is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and lets the class explore topics with sometimes lengthy ad hoc discussions, still managing to keep the pace to complete the curriculum (not sure how he always manages that). This last time we had a kind of private class with 6 participants from various fields and locations. It was very interesting and enjoyable. In fact, the group dynamics were so great that we are actually trying to set up the PSPO-A class later this fall with the same attendants. How about that level of customer satisfaction! I highly recommend learning about Scrum and agile methodologies from Alex.
