Wonderful and efficient customer service
I contacted customer service regarding my plan renewal through the online chat. Keith was being very helpful, professional, and patient. He guided me through all the steps and I saved 50% of the fees. I am glad that I saved money on the annual plan. The more important thing is their customer service. I was with Godaddy before, they were not willing to help at all. I really appreciate the awesome customer service that Wix provides.
