Working for a consultant firm - doesn't mean I want/need training focused on their work. I need training that I can apply to my team - focusing on IT solutions and Supporting our consulting part of the firm. As a designer working for the internal part of the firm with no exposure to clients, I find some approaches to be inapplicable and not helpful for everyday work in a team.
