I was able to participate in the PSM1 training facilitated by scrum facilitators. We were warmly welcomed and I got the feeling that we as participants were centerpiece of the training. The personalities of the trainers were far apart from eachother which created a very good dynamic between them.

I have had the opportunity to work with the basic concepts of scrum on the basis of the scrum guide for some time now. But the PSM1 training really opened my eyes. The whole train of thought and principles of the scrum framework have landed. I have been able to experience many of the scrum tools myself, which has provided many insights and I have also been able to experience how empirical ideas support scrum in all facets.

I've learned a lot, but I still have a lot more to learn. Personal growth also plays a major role in my further development. This training gives me all the tools to continue my learning process at full speed.
