We had a great first on-site training after a long time of virtual trainings. It was a very intensive course that strongly involved all participants. Different skill levels were well catered for and the exchange of experiences was encouraged. I particularly liked the fact that the values conveyed were not only presented, but also lived by the trainer. The trainer also made his own challenges transparent and placed a lot of emphasis on the self-organization of the participants.
