Last month I experienced amazing moments about how to facilitate meetings in a scrum team. Using special and practical facilitating techniques brought me new insights in order to collaborate with my teammates effectively. Indeed, my favorite instructor Ryan Brook shared us his pervious challenges in which he confronted in the past and taught us how to dealt with them.
