The class is very well designed. Jim has been doing an outstanding job providing real-world examples to accompany some of the more fuzzy theoretical/philosophical aspects of agile and scrum. I learned a lot and I especially appreciate the tools I've been exposed to (like EBM and team maturity ranking) and the prism through that I should be thinking about future situations.
