PSM 1 - highly recommended course for lean interested

I participated Marc´s Training as freelancer / consultant. I am an experienced LeanSixSigma BlackBelt faced many of the impediments of that topic in real business life.

One of my basic experiences in introduction of lean thinking / culture was the challenge to get sufficient senior leadership support.

Often it was critizied by senior managers
that it takes to long to get a value adding outcome out of lean projects respectively kaizens. Thus I was thinking how to overcome that hurdle.

Coincidencially I got contact to an agile coach who explained to me the basic principles of Scrum. Motivated by this insights I subscribed for the PSM-1 course, Marc Kaufmann gave.

The course was professionally done by Marc.

He is a very well experienced, talented trainer and coach in helping to teach the class in Scrum philosophy / thinking in a workshop setting.
