The class was a mixture of real life examples of good and bad experiences, interactive breakout sessions getting all students involved, and some information acquisition with slides and visuals. This really led to a diverse learning module that played on different strengths of the learners involved. The trainer was easy to listen to and allowed for natural conversations to happen.
