Ryan had the perfect balance of coaching, teaching and bringing the energy to the class. The 2 days were very insightful and Ryan facilitated in such a way that I felt very comfortable and safe to talk about where my learning journey should go knowing I had full support.

I would highly recommend both this course, and Ryan, to anyone looking to get a deeper insight into the application of Scrum
