Jim was so patient, knowledgeable and has a great manner of explaining complex things. He was extremely thorough and made the class fun and interesting. Jim also tailored the class to his participants and provided many real world examples. He also ensured that we had simulated practice. I would recommend this course to anyone in the agile industry!
