We had two inspiring days of a PSPO I training. It was mostly not an upfront, school like training. We discovered most of the topics on our own by solving small tasks that were given and which helped us to understand the core responsibilities of the PO role. The debriefings helped us to discover our different perspectives. We were guided smoothly through the discussions. We also had some room for discussing our individual scaled large product development setup. I took with me some good ideas to transfer into my daily work. Also we had a high success rate in the certification exam. And finally we had a lot of fun together.
