I had a lot of misconceptions about what scrum is and isn't before the course, which feel cleared up now. Also, scrum was not presented as the silver bullet for all problems, but instead as tool for teams working on non-standard tasks or in environments with unclear requirements.
A big focus was on the exercises, which cleverly tempted me and the other participants into typical pitfalls (e.g. letting quality slack with the squirrel burger).
