It was a brilliant two-day training led by Andrii Glushchenko.
During the training, we worked through the materials in terms of the different stances of a Scrum Master, as well as how a Scrum Master can serve the team, Product Owner, and organization.
I am grateful to Andrii and the participants for two wonderful days spent in a group of professionals, with whom we consolidated and reflected on our previous experience and identified further steps for professional growth.
