The PSM II training with Boris and Glenn was very hands-on and created space for us participants to talk about our own experiences and challenges. They used Liberating Structures to shape our learning experience, which made the training feel very lightweight and natural. It was incredibly fun and I had some explicit takeaways for my daily work.
