Jim did a great job with the PSPO I class, and it was a lot more beneficial because of great discussion, debate, and collaboration between the participants. Much better than my experience in Jim's PSM I class, where the class atmosphere wasn't as strong (due to a lack of participation). Jim tries to keep you on your toes and encourage you to think critically about things. I'm sure I will have another class for another certification (and learning experience) in the future.
