Finally my time to experience two full day learning with Anand at Target Agility, lot more on art of facilitation, coaching and many ways to shape us from good SM to great SM. His analogy's are simple and yet powerful - everyone understand the concept very well. Inspires to learn more, shared many books, tips and tools.
