I did enjoy this class, since my last in 2018. A great refresher for me with insightful analogies and experiences. I learned new things and was able to gain new insights and ideas on my approach moving forward. Luc was great in his ability to teach the topic and have examples to support our questions and scenarios. He made it fun and engaging. I would definitely take follow up training from this company and teacher.
