I attended a PSM session hosted by Anand Pandey last week. The session was thought-provoking, providing insights into the significance of Scrum and a leadership mindset. Anand convincingly emphasized elevating our focus on promoting self-management and empiricism.

I really liked his use of analogies, historic and religious contexts to articulate concepts related to Agile, along with other philosophies and scrum frameworks.
