Intense but helpful two days with all kinds of task, either to be solved alone or in groups. Lots of examples and concrete stories from the real world on each topic. I had the feeling I learnt a lot. Presentation was held in a very lighthearted mode. Questions were taken seriously and answered fully in a professional, comprehensive way.
