Sanjay is a great trainer. The way he conducted the sessions on both the days was very structured. He brought to life the power of collaboration, collective participation and decision-making by giving the participants the chance to brainstorm and debate in break-out rooms. He not only shared knowledge related to the training subject, but also beyond that, while sharing valuable real-life examples, and also breaking the myths surrounding Scrum. I absolutely enjoyed the 16-hour duration training over a span of 2 days. It never felt tiring or overwhelming. He also patiently and beautifully answered all the queries. I would highly recommend anyone to attend Sanjay's training sessions!
