Sanjay is a great trainer who brings also fun in the virtual classroom. When asked for more clarification on certain topics he was able to give a clear example/use case to make it better understandable.
I liked the part about EBM, how the KVAs have been explained and why the framework is important in relation to the strategic goals.
In my personal opinion the first day with the introduction and the collaboration exercises around the general "Purpose" and "Why" could have been shorter - given the fact that the audience was already a mature one with regards to agile coaching, ways of working etc.
