I entered the class as an "Agile newby", with very little previous knowledge of Scrum concepts. Jim's class was extremely well-organized, engaging, and collaborative. I walked away with a firm understanding of the concepts and tenets of professional Scrum and a ton of ideas on how to apply them in my industrial workplace.
