All though my fluorescent tube was broken on arrival they dispatched another immediately. That was also broken when it arrived.
They were very sympathetic but I must say I tend to blame the courier rather than them as the packaging was clearly marked 'FRAGILE' but the box on both occasions was badly dented.
Fingers crossed third time lucky.

The courtesy car I was given to use was like driving a tin can. I was never asked if I preferred an automatic. After leaving my new Audi Q3 I would have expected something 'decent' for lack of a better word.The receptionist at your Lookers garage was extremely unhelpful and bordering on rude. All in all the wheels were fine but my experience was poor

I placed my order on 2nd june and it took you 8 days to tell me you had stock problems.This I feel is unacceptable. Won't be using you again.

i ordered tile trim and could not believe it was delivered in less than 24 hours from ordering. Would definately recommend using this service again.
