The part that I originally ordered was broken in transit. I contacted the company, provided a photo of the broken part, and it was immediately replaced. Although the part had not been very well packed, the response of the company was excellent.
Unique and positive
Unlike some other survey sites, when invited to complete a survey, there is always one available, and you always earn a reward. The site is clear, and surveys generally load quickly.
A minor criticism is that one can only withdraw earnings when they reach £50, whereas other sites permit withdrawals of £10/£20.

I was going to write a four-star review on the basis that it's got to be perfect to score 5*. Having thought about it, my experience with buying a new Mazda and having it serviced at Swindon has been faultless. The staff are competent and friendly, the service has always been excellent, so they've won the coveted 5 star review!

My booking, payment and delivery were all as promised. The oil was actually slightly cheaper than expected - and 33% cheaper than my last delivery.
Met my expectations
Did just as expected - offered similar crossings from different lines in easy-to-compare table and facilitated booking with the chosen one. Price was as quoted by the line on their own website.
