This is a regular order for medication. Order is dealt with promptly and delivered securely. Excellent quality, price and service.
As expected
As expected, order was dealt with quickly and delivered on time. Minor problem with the packaging as a couple of the cool packs were damaged and leaking but as they were separated from the order by other packaging it was OK and the order was not affected.
Problem reaching Customer Service
Unfortunately there was a problem with my order but I was unable to contact Customer Services by phone - I was cut off after being told I was number six in the queue and emails took about four days before they were acknowledged, so there was no way of knowing if the problem was being dealt with. Having said that, once the problem was sorted, delivery was very prompt. I hope the problem with Customer Service is sorted because they are usually very helpful and I have had excellent service from Animed for over a year.
