Horrible support, takes more than a month to reimburse me

Bought a PS4 online on September 11. The next day, a better deal was available from game.co.uk so I went in store and bought it. I am now waiting for the reimbursement of the original PS4 and more than a month later, NOTHING has been done yet. Good prices but if you need to contact them, good luck. Takes more than one hour by phone, they dont reply to you on Twitter and are useless on their chat support (contacted them four times through their chat, nothing new has come up from that).
