Item never received. Tracking link they sent for Hermes froze and never updated. Severe lack of communication despite many emails chasing a resolution.

Excellent service at Sofology

Had a very positive experience in Sofology’s Southport store this weekend. We have ordered a lovely new corner settee and footstool and cannot wait for it to arrive early next year.
I previously bought from their Blackburn store several years ago when they were still CSL and have always found them to be a very pleasant company to deal with
