UK customers - do your sums 1st!
Avoid if you are in the UK as these are shipped from OUTSIDE the EU. I had £6.40 vat added by border force plus their £8 royal mail international handling fee. Do your sums carefully - what will your final cost be?

We do state on our website that we are based in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, customs in the U.K impose customs duty for incoming parcels.
2650e dehumidifier worked well
2650e dehumidifier worked well and has just packed up after about 7 years which I rate as very good for any electrical appliance involving water. Knocking one point off as I thought it had overly complicated controls.

Dishonestly presents reviews sorted by rating from high to low so that the initial reviews are always positive and not necessarily representative of the bulk of reviews. I think this is a really dirty trick,
Item not as described, however handled impeccably
Item dimensions not as described. I expected to get a refund but was worried about being out of pocket for return postage. However everything was handled perfectly and do plan to use again. Would still recommend based on customer service - and that's what counts when there's an issue. 5/5
