A bit slow
Can navigate site quite easily but it is slower than other banking sites. Also could an email be sent to verify rather than a code to a mobile or land line. It usually refuses to do land line and mobile phone service is very poor here and involves me walking down the road and then finding I am too late on return!!

Help from phone call
Recently purchased an all electric car and phoned Ecotricity regarding their electric top up stations. Very helpful operator and now I have registered but unfortunately most of the stations are in England and those in Scotland are no where near me.....maybe in the future!!??

Only 3 stars this time as 3 of the Suma packets had burst and contents were strewn around the other items! This is not the first time this has happened. earlier this year a packet of Mung beans was completely empty all contents had broken loose. That time it was due to bad packing and a bar of chocolate had punctured the bag. This time the seals at top had burst due to pressure of other items. So partly poor packing and poor bag design. I think I will not be keen to purchase there items in future. Perhaps this should be discussed wirh Suma.
