Worst delivery service
I decided to test out Blue Apron to spice up dinner. What a big mistake. Now in the third week. Meals are arriving three days late and when they finally show up it is 9pm at night. I have small kids. How am I supposed to start cooking and have them eating at 10pm? Just a complete joke.
One of the worst online retailers
I ordered a kickstarter from PartsGeek and it was one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. A few hours after ordering my item for 2-Day delivery I was told my order was put on hold as I needed to add my shipping address with my credit card company. I added the address immediately only to be told two days later they had called me and I should email them to literally "Keep in touch".
The next day I go online to find my order is cancelled and they need to take my credit card details over the phone. At this point I'm already heading out the country and still have no item. I told them to return my money.
Not once did I receive an apology for the excessive delays. They could have saved me a lot of hassle if they told me to add the shipping address up front and then call them to order. However, I don’t think PartsGeek have any comprehension on how to render proper customer service or operate efficiently.
