James Paget
Fraud by YouGov
You redeemed 5000 points for £50 cash.
Mon February 1 2021, 7:21 p.m. GMT
This payment was returned by my bank because you have chosen to issue the payment from a bank account outside the UK. The nominated account does not accept payments from outside the UK.
A previous payment requested in August of 2020 was deposited without issue because it originated from a UK bank, as should be expected from a UK on-line site.
I can only assume that as YouGov is a UK based site, this subterfuge has been used by YouGov to commit fraud.
YouGov has not replied to any emails sent regarding this issue, this inaction typically demonstrates criminal activity.
As the payment was returned on 5th February 2021 YouGov needs to contact me to confirm how and when the payment will be made.
If this matter is not resolved the fraud will be reported in order That YouGov may be prosecuted.
Still no money
Still no money. Still no response to emails. £50 stolen.
Now waiting for Trustrpilot to pull the review as they encourage criminality.

YouGov - reward not paid. Review removed by Trustpilot.
On 2nd February 2021 I requested my accrued £50 reward from YouGov.
This money has not been paid, therefore I can only assume that YouGov has committed fraud or stolen the money by with-holding the funds.
Emails sent on a near daily basis have not been responded to.
A review reporting this dubious, if not criminal activity has been removed without justification by Trustpilot.
Trustpilot, having colluded with this company to remove negative feedback [to the detriment of other potential victims of fraud] has also been given a negative review.
Doubtless Trustpilot will remove this too.
YouGov is not to be trusted.
Trustpilot is not fit for purpose.
As a review site Trustpilot is useless.
As a review site Trustpilot is useless.
Trustpilot removes reviews that report fraud.
Presumably either Trustpilot has a policy that allows criminal activity. or perhaps Trustpilot colludes with criminals and gains some financial benefit from the arrangement.
Thanks for contacting Trustpilot about the possibility of fake reviews on Trustpilot.
We have many processes in place to ensure the reviews on our platform reflect genuine buying or service experiences, and to detect and remove fake reviews. For example we have a fraud detection tool that runs 24/7 on all reviews. Our powerful, customized software helps alert us to unusual patterns, suspicious activities and fraud. It will remove any review that we detect as fraud.
We also have a dedicated Content Integrity team. This team is made up of agents, managers and specialist investigators who look into fraudulent behavior or misuse of our platform. Our investigators also take action against people who advertise to write or solicit fake reviews —such ads are reported to the site-host to make sure they are removed.
Trustpilot also has clear guidelines that ensure all reviewers and businesses follow our rules. For example, we ask reviewers to comply with our User Guidelines, and to make it easy we provide an easy-to-read quick guide. Companies need to follow our Company Guidelines and they can get a basic overview with our quick guide.
If we do find a business is misusing Trustpilot, we post consumer alerts on company profile pages to warn our community if we have identified substantial fraudulent behavior. We take disciplinary action where necessary, including terminating contracts with companies who continuously fail to comply with our guidelines. Similarly, our Content Integrity Team can also block reviewers if they misuse Trustpilot. You can also notify us of suspicous reviews here: https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/203419993-How-to-notify-us-about-reviews-that-breach-our-guidelines
I hope this helps explain how dedicated Trustpilot is to detecting and removing fake reviews.
Thanks,
Marina

£50 stolen by You Gov
Requested payment of £50 on 1st February. No money has been deposited in my account. Have emailed numerous times regarding the non payment. No one has had the decency to reply. Appears that I have been defrauded of £50. Beware of these criminals.
This company commits fraud
This company does not pay the due rewards for the surveys taken.
Read the reviews left by others.
Avoid this company.
This appears to be a scamming site.
This appears to be a scamming site.
Definitely one of the worst survey sites ever.
Payout is at £20 but it usually takes 6 to 8 months to get there.
Survey links are often broken.
Survey rewards are pitiful in comparison with most other sites.
Email notifications linking to surveys are not to be trusted.
Links that connect with surveys usually convert to surveys that take 2 to 4 times longer than that offered in the email, and at a lesser reward.
Rewards for completed surveys are regularly not paid.
Customer service is dismissive and useless.
This site closes accounts and with-holds the money accrued in those accounts.
This is fraud, perpetrated by criminals.
Lost, or stolen
Package clearly and correctly labelled [printed label with full address and postcode] .
Delivery address was LONDON,
Collect Plus sent the package to SCOTLAND.
Parcel was then shown as being left in the depot for a week,
When Collect Plus were contacted the parcel could not be found.
Despite losing, or allowing the parcel to be stolen, Collect Plus then informed me that I would need to contact the company to which the parcel was addressed to arrange compensation for the loss caused by their poor service.
