One of the best survey sites
Send out surveys reasonably regularly, and rewards in the form of cheques are sent out in good time. Only down side is it would be nice to have a Paypal option for payment instead of cheque.
Suspect a con - re Amazon gift cards
When I started the Amazon gift cards available (you know, the one most people will opt for) were £25... as my 'shells' (stupid name) approached the number required, this mysteriously doubled to £50. Now I check and it has doubled AGAIN to £100 (the others are between £10 - £25 but are also rubbish). It is almost as if they are putting them out of reach deliberately... on 709 'shells' I am basically never going to reach the 1930 now required - what a complete rip off and I feel conned.

Gone downhill recently
I have been a member of this site for quite a while, and although I haven't had my account terminated (yet!) I have noticed that the number of points rewarded for the surveys has dropped, meaning it takes even longer to build up a reward. I would say there are better survey sites out there.
Technically dreadful
Wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for the appalling continuous technical errors that have overcome MySurvey in recent months. The most common is a blank screen saying 'the service is unavailable' at seemingly random intervals - another will be 'your session has expired' right after completing a survey meaning you don't get any points.
As I type there are 4 surveys showing in my account, all saying one way or another I have completed, but due to one of the errors I know I won't get any points for them. Example:
Thank you for your interest but it seems you have already finished this survey.
ERROR: SE-04 Variable 'i' already completed with value '10041174297' for list='0'
It's a shame as they used to be one of the better survey sites
Promo dodging jokers
They are currently running a 'scratch of the day' promotion, monday I won and played a few free spins, decent promo I thought. Today I supposedly won a £20 free bet and a £10 bonus on some Monopoly game, strangely I could claim neither. Apparently my account is not eligible for offers due to a 'management decision' despite it being displayed on my promotions page plain as day and I only got the free spins on monday due to a 'technical error'! Asked to speak to a manager and 'none available' surprise surprise. I used to have a decent opinion of Billy but this experience has flushed this down the toilet.
Not just me then!
Add me to the list of terminated accounts, got the standard vague copy and paste email this morning - £75 in PayPal payments were pending on my account. I have already sent an email complaining to community@toluna_dot_com, as yet no response, if this even the correct address?
So what are Toluna playing at? They seem to have has a fair number of system glitches lately is this another? Or just culling a load of higher-earning members?

At least I have been assured I will eventually get the rewards I am owed (thanks Stevie) - however I must still question Toluna UK's policy for deactivating accounts - 22 'flagged' surveys over a period of 6 months is a small percentage of the hundreds I have completed during that time!

Please note, with all account closures if they do remain closed, you will receive your rewards. I have confirmed that with the UK team today after speaking with them about some of the previous Trust Pilot reviews that came in today.

Great way to treat a loyal customer
I've used Billy for a while now, occasionally for a sports bet or two but manly Vegas [even won one of the Vegas jackpots in January 2016]. However I will be now taking ,y business elsewhere due to the email I received today:
'Following a review of your account, we regret to inform you that we have removed your eligibility for any William Hill Online gaming offers and promotions for our Vegas, Macau, Games, Scratchcards, Casino and Live Casino products.
This decision was based on the type of activity identified on the account and / or that your activity was deemed to target our promotions or bonuses in a way other than their intended purpose.'
In other words, you DARE to use the promos we keep offering [mostly losses, with some highly dubious gameplay on the Vegas slots] and we will take them away from you!
Bizarre business practice
Falsely accused of fraud - avoid
Been a member for several years, recently I noticed I was not receiving invites to surveys as I usually do. I contacted them via their pathetic excuse for a help centre, only to be informed they had found evidence of 'fraud' and inactivated my membership. As I always completed surveys honestly I expected some kind of explanation and evidence of this, but their response is to cut and paste the same vague reply over and over again. Also the support on their Facebook page is shocking, my messages were simply ignored.
Account restricted out of the blue for no valid reason
All of a sudden my account of several years has been restricted meaning I am ineligible for any promotions, Vegas, Casino, Poker even ruddy Bingo! To quote "it is a business decision" well my business decision it to take my custom elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!

If these lot (and Jackpotjoy, Starspins, all the same company) are properly regulated then i'm a Chinaman. No doubt with the money they rake in from the fixed games they can easily afford to bung the regulator a few quid to keep em sweet.
If you manage to get a decent win as a new player, TAKE IT, WITHDRAW IT AND DO NOT RETURN. Once you reach a certain loss level to them (ie profit for you) your account will be switched to a different system and you will LOSE CONSTANTLY I guarantee it. Games that paid out reasonably well before will take your money faster than a dodgy prostitute, refusing to pay out even moderate amounts. Its obvious they target people who think increasing the stake the game will continue to pay out, WRONG! Hilariously they bang on about 'responsible gaming' while offering up to £200 a spin! No different than the 'crack cocaine' machines found in betting shops - and VIP, pah another way to say, we're taking all that money you won with interest thanks. Please please please do yourself a massive favour and AVOID!!!
Steer WELL clear
This is a review of the slots - which I am convinced are rigged. Strange how if you're spinning @ 50p you will get a few little wins (at first), any kind of high rolling and forget it, you can predict when the game will give you exact symbols you DON'T need for a big win, and as for bonus rounds, well if by some minor miracle you get one don't count on getting more than your stake. Often the game will grind to a halt 'communicating with server' no doubt deciding how much you aren't going to win. Pointless trying to complain to the chat 'Hosts' will their daft made-up names, they will just fob you off with the usual patronising drivel will chatting the most mind numbing garbage to the other players who seem to lap it up. No doubt the people on the 'Winners' page are VERY friendly with these folk, that is if the even exist at all.
I appear to have been made a VIP, well fat lot of good that does, this site won't be getting another penny out of me and I would urge anyone else to avoid these sharks like the plague.
