Received Spoiled Food for Weeks -
The last 4 or 5 deliveries we were supposed to receive from this company came spoiled and warm and many days late. We kept receiving refunds and delay notifications. Eventually we just cancelled because it was more trouble to keep contacting them about rotten food showing up at our house. Not sure how they are in business.
Good objectives but not achieved by product
I purchased their baby motion flanges after reading that they were softer because they were made of silicone. I am currently using the regular Spectra flanges. Unfortunately they were much more painful than the Spectra flange and made my nipple and even areola very very sore. They are also more difficult to position properly. When I used them to test them less than half an ounce came from one breast and almost 3-4 oz from the other. I then used the regular Spectra flange on that breast and the rest of the 3-4 oz came through. Very disappointing.
I then looked on their website and their products are final sale so it was very disappointing even if you need another size you need to eat the cost. They said it's because of hygiene but these have to be sterilized anyway and plus as a company it probably costs them very little to make this piece of silicone so at least they could exchange them. Here is their return policy:

All orders are eligible for refund prior to shipment or if unopened. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is broken because these products are personal hygiene items and as a startup we don't have the resource to clean, sterilize and repack them. If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend selling them on Facebook Pumping/Breastfeeding groups so that another mom could still use them. Thank you for your understanding. Please email contact lacteck.com if you would like to cancel your order, request a return, or have any questions using our products."
SCAM WEBSITE
This website appears to be a scam. They don't ship you the actual items pictured on their website, they ship something vaguely similar but with a different style and finish. It just looks kinda similar. It's very frustrating because they don't respond to emails when you write to ask if they can ship the correct item.
UPDATE
After posting the review, I provided this company with my order number and pictures of how the item they sent was completely different from what is shown on their site. They then proceeded to ignore me again and never got back to me. Don't fall for their polite response below.

Horrible customer service and terrible quality control
I purchased two baskets for our nursery. They were very different colors from one another (one of them being an awful greenish tone). I emailed their customer service and received an automatic response that they would reply in 3-5 business days. Never heard back. Emailed again after a week. Never heard back. Awful customer service. So glad I didn't order anything else like our nursery furniture from them. I would have been very upset.
YOU WILL HAVE A BABY AND NO NURSERY!!!!
What a horribly unreliable company. All of their items are backordered for months and when you expect it to come after waiting for months and months, they then send you an email after it's a few days late saying that it will be another 3 MONTHS!! Do not buy from this company. They are truly awful. Even nursery items are extremely delayed. You're trying to put your nursery together before baby comes? Well, learn from me and don't order from pottery barn or you will have a baby AND NO NURSERY!!!!
Returns must be mailed to Korea and they charge restocking fees
The items are okay but you will have no idea that you will be ordering all the way from Korea and it's practically impossible to return. They require you to mail the package at your own cost all the say to Korea. This is also part of their return policy:
"All returned merchandises will be granted as Store Credit to your account, which is valid for 90 days. The refund option will require a handling & processing fee of US$10 for each order, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges of flat rate of US$15 for orders under US$100, if separately charged, are non-refundable."
I regret making this purchase very much but wanted to warn others. I've never seen such a strict return policy for clothing which is something you need to try to make sure it fits.
Smooth wallpaper impossible to install
Smooth wallpaper impossible to install. I was excited to out this wallpaper on our nursery and $400 Later we are so frustrated and disappointed. The paper does not have enough adhesive and it doesn’t stick to the wall. What a horrible experience. We’ve been at it for hours and it just makes more and more bubbles.

Never hears of this company or ever inquired about their products yet they started sending spam and unsolicited emails to my personal email address.
Terrible Disappointment
I was a Blue Apron customer for a while before the pandemic and was fairly happy with the service. Once the whole Covid issues started I suppose they had an influx of customers and instead of accepting only the customers they could handle, it was a disaster because dishes would say "discontinued" when you went to select the menu. Essentially nothing was available and you were paying the same price for only 3 or 4 choices on the menu.
I signed back up now in late August hoping things would be better. However, they aren't. We received our first box two days late (in transit for that long!) and on top of that Fedex left it in the sun on the sidewalk in 95 degree Florida heat. What we got was a horribly spelling box of meat that was fairly gross. Things were slimy as I was taking them out of the box, and all items were warm/hot. Very dangerous to eat something like that.
IT'S A SCAM
This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order with them for $84. They never shipped the items or contacted me about shipments or any delays. I emailed them weeks later about my order and they also never even responded or refunded my money. Beware and careful!
FISH TASTE Prenatals
FISH TASTE I am taking the prenatals and they make you burp a horrible fish taste. I can't believe it. Pregnancy on my first trimester and now having to deal with a disgusting fish taste? It's like I ate a sardine. I cannot take these anymore, unfortunately. I already have nausea and heartburn, adding fish burps to that mix is just awful. Just thinking about it :( They were nice to refund my purchase but I wouldn't recommend these vitamins.

Most of the designs received was only with standard font letters that can be created by anyone with no design training. Basically designers putting something together in 30 seconds to see if something sticks. Also, none of the design proposals looked like any of the inspiration I sent them. Horrible waste of money.

This is the worst package insurance you can ever use. They are in no uncertain words scammers, thieves, shameless fraudsters. They require a lot of information that is very difficult to get in e-commerce. Also, they WILL DENY YOUR CLAIM IF YOUR COMPANY NAME IS ON THE BOX. Can you believe that? I couldn't believe it either. Company's put their names on boxes, obviously so these thieves use that as a reason to deny claims. BEWARE -- DO NOT USE THEM. And do not use GOSHIPPO.COM BECAUSE THAT'S THEIR INSURANCE OF CHOICE.
MISSING MANY INGREDIENTS-NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY AT ALL
I received a meal prep order and it was missing many ingredients which made it very difficult to follow the recipe as they use complex ingredients not widely available. I contacted them through a website form and no one replied. I then contacted them through direct email and no one responded either. It's been over ten days! So disappointed with them. Once this new wave of customers goes away they'll need their loyal customers and my family will no longer be one of them. Terrible service!

They will ignore your emails to cancel the membership. I emailed more than one of their support email addresses to cancel the membership and no one ever responded for weeks. Apparently, you have to call to cancel, even though they make it very easy to sign up online. How terrible is that?
Also, you can never pick the clothes that are coming in your box, not even if you mark them as "priorities." It was fun having it for a few months but not worth the $180 a month when you can't even get the clothes you expect.
Many of the clothes on the rental service are from last season and on clearance on their website.
Beware of refund delays
I purchased a sweater for my husband from this company. The quality was okay, nothing special but not bad. The item did run very large so we returned it because the medium size was more like a large. BEWARE the problem was that I returned the item on December 17. Way before the holiday return rush, which starts after Christmas. On January 9th I realized I never received a refund from them. I contacted them and it was then that they issued the refund. I won't really order from them anymore and would warn others to check their credit card statements to make sure they received a refund from them. I expect a company to refund me without me having to contact them as it's a hassle and waste of time to have to trace back purchases to returns and refunds.
They said it was because of the holiday return rush but I returned my item on December 17 which is before people begin returning Christmas items so I didn't really buy their excuse.

I purchased a lamp from anthropologie that came with a very cheap socket, which inevitably broke during installation. I called to ask to return it and they issued a return authorization. I couldn't find a lamp to replace the one from them on time so I never sent it back. Apparently they had refunded for the lamp before I ever sent it back and because I didn't send it back they blocked me from their websites? Who does that? How about waiting to receive the item back before you issue a refund? This is the most backward and ridiculous return process of any company. Why would you want to block a long time customer over $200? especially when the item was cheap and defective? I have been a customer of Anthropologie for 15+ years and have spent a good amount of money on furniture there (which is quite overpriced for the poor quality). So to be blocked by them because they have a ridiculous return process makes absolutely no sense.
Fedex lost a $1000 package which we…
Fedex lost a $1000 package which we sent to one of our customers. We called them to let them know that the package had not been delivered as noted in the tracking and they are being completely useless. They're saying that they're relying on the driver to remember where he left the package. Can you believe that? 2019 and Fedex doen't know where the **** they left your package? Even the U.S. postal service, which costs 1/4 of the price knows where they deliver they're packages via GPS technology!! And Fedex is giving us this long speech saying in a few more days the package will be deemed lost, like that helps us somehow. On the other end, we have them making sales calls to us trying to talk to us about saving money with Fedex and how we can ship more packages with them. No thank you! Fedex should be ashamed in this day to lose a package with all the technology available to them and especially considering that they are the most expensive service in the U.S.
Mirror came without mounting hardware
We purchased a custom sized arched mirror and in some of the photos on the website I had seen the mirrors had pre-installed mounting hardware on the back of it which would allow you to install it without visible clips. When I received the mirror, it had no such mounting hardware and I had a useless mirror I could not install. The only option apparently is to purchase the ugly clips separately, which is pointless because we do not want the mirror if it has to be installed with an ugly jbar. The only reason we ordered it is because we wanted a clean look without the visible clips. We emailed them but they simply told me we had to order the hardware separately.
THEY ENDORSE CREDIT CARD FRAUD
I had about 20 fraudulent charges from their site. Someone apparently went on a shopping spree on their website with my card. I asked for the name of the person who used my card and they protected the thief and would not give out the information even though it was my card.
